  • Non-Refundable Costs: While the initial shipping is covered by us, any expedited shipping upgrades selected at checkout are generally non-refundable.

Every device at TRUEVALUE AUDIO undergoes rigorous performance testing and battery health verification exceeding 90% before it leaves our facility. However, if you believe you have received a defective unit:
